Individual
Just Kids Learning Center begins individual treatment programs with
a comprehensive assessment which includes both formal and informal
measures. This initial appointment is approximately 60 minutes in
length. During this initial meeting, a licensed and certified speech
language pathologist will carefully evaluate the child's individual
communicative needs. Following this evaluation, a personalized plan
of treatment is designed and implemented.
Group
For our social group sessions (playgroups and social awareness groups),
children are observed in a small group to determine social skill level
during peer interactions. After this initial meeting, children are
placed in age appropriate groups.
